PLAN MSR 30
Buy the unit with a down payment of 30% and the rest is divided into the number of fees which correspond to the amount of months left to hand in the unit. The fees are updated by the cost index of CAC.
PLAN MSR RENTA
Buy the unit cash at list price and obtain a monthly income. As a benefit, you will obtain 5% annual income (the 1st year), 6% annual income (the 2nd year), 7.2% annual income (the 3rd year). The plan expires inevitably upon the apartment handover and takeover.
PLAN MSR SUMA
Buy the unit with a down payment of 20%, 60% in 48 fees adjustable by the cost index of CAC, and the 20% left upon takeover of the unit. Only applicable to certain projects by the construction company and at the initial stage.
